Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order within one hour of placing it.

Contact our support team via the contact page. Make sure to do it within the first hour if you want to change the size or variant before we start processing your order.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us. At Peak Cycling, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the products received. If you are not satisfied with an item, our team will assist you immediately.

How can I return (part of) my order?

If you choose to return your products within 14 days, we will refund the full order amount within five business days after receiving the items. Note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Steps to return a product:

  1. Email info@peak-cyclinggear.com stating that you wish to return (part of) your order.
  2. Wait for our customer service team to confirm if the return is approved.
  3. If approved, securely pack the product, preferably in the original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
  5. Provide the tracking number (Track & Trace) to our customer service team.
  6. Once we receive and verify the package, we will refund the returned products using the original payment method.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products whose seal has been broken.
  • Personalized or custom-made products according to customer specifications.
  • Personal items.
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
  • Certain categories (e.g., Beauty, Kids & Babies, Sports) that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Cancellation after the deadline
Orders are processed immediately in our system, so cancellation is not possible after the first hour.

Damaged products upon delivery
We’re sorry! Sometimes products can get damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. After this period, the right to return is lost.

To resolve it quickly, send an email with a clear photo showing the damage, ideally on a flat surface, showing both the label and the defect. This helps us assist you faster and prevent future errors.

If the product is damaged, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. In this case, no refund is issued. If the replacement item is also damaged, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Defects after use
Some manufacturing defects may appear over time. This must be a genuine defect: a broken part that no longer meets factory standards.

Normal wear and tear is not covered, including:

  • Drive belts
  • Batteries
  • Brake pads and discs
  • Brake shoes and drums
  • Chains
  • Lighting
  • Gear systems
  • Tires and tubes
  • All moving parts in general

Incorrectly delivered products
We do our best to process orders correctly. If you receive the wrong product, we will fix it by sending the correct item at no extra cost.
